Ethics Channel
At Global Omnium Servicios, we are committed to ethical behavior based on our values and principles. To reinforce this commitment, GOservicios has established the Ethics Channel, an internal reporting system available to all stakeholders connected professionally or through employment, allowing them to confidentially report behaviors potentially not aligned with the values and principles of its Code of Ethics, the internal regulations that support it, or applicable legislation, as well as to make any inquiries related to our ethical conduct.

Code of Ethics
The Global Omnium Servicios Code of Ethics represents the values and principles of conduct that must be applied across all Group companies, in accordance with market best practices and applicable regulations. This document applies to GOservicios as a group company.
Naturally, this Code cannot address every situation that may arise in the course of corporate activities but should be understood as an essential tool for every Group member to know how to act, what GOservicios expects from their behavior, and
whom to contact if needed.
The Code of Ethics must be interpreted without prejudice to internal Group rules, policies, and procedures linked to business activities and processes, whose knowledge and application are also mandatory.

Crime Prevention Policy
GOservicios, as part of the Global Omnium Group, through the commitment made by the Board of Directors of its parent company, Aguas de Valencia, S.A., assumes responsibility for actively managing regulatory compliance in general and corporate crime prevention in particular. This Policy applies to all employees, managers, and directors of GOservicios acting on its behalf.
The principles guiding this Policy are legality, due diligence, and risk management. GOservicios adheres to Global Omnium’s model for identifying and controlling legal requirements, including crimes to be prevented that could lead to corporate criminal liability.
The Audit Committee established by the Board serves as the Supervisory Body, with autonomous initiative and control powers, responsible for monitoring the operation and compliance of these models. Additionally, the organization appoints a Compliance Officer tasked with maintaining and promoting crime prevention within the company.
All criminally reprehensible conduct is strictly prohibited, and violations will be sanctioned according to the applicable disciplinary system. Global Omnium will identify GOservicios activities where crimes that could lead to corporate criminal
liability may occur, control risk exposure through preventive measures and controls, provide training to employees and managers, and establish confidential reporting mechanisms with protection against retaliation.

Anti-Corruption Policy
The nature of the company and its activities exposes GOservicios to various risks, including ethical risks in corruption and influence peddling, which, if materialized, could result in corporate and personal criminal liability.
Global Omnium is a responsible group committed to an ethical culture and compliance, actively preventing illegal conduct. Therefore, it has approved an Anti-Corruption Policy that promotes compliance with applicable rules and expressly prohibits all conduct associated with the risks addressed by this Policy.
This Policy, which must be adopted by all GOservicios members and anyone acting on its behalf, sets out principles and guidelines regarding hospitality, courtesy, and other courtesies, as well as behaviors in procurement, contracting, bidding, and contract renewals. It also provides guidance on handling potential conflicts of interest and any situation involving a request for prohibited conduct.
