GLOBAL OMNIUM SERVICIOS, S.L. (hereinafter, GOservicios) reserves the right to modify this Policy in order to adapt it to legislative changes, case law criteria, industry practices, or GOservicios’ interests.

Who is the Data Controller?

GOservicios acts as the Data Controller, with registered office at Calle del Corretger, nº 51, Parque Empresarial Táctica – 46988 Paterna (Valencia), Spain.

This privacy policy provides information on processing activities carried out by GOservicios in its capacity as Data Controller.

What are the purposes and legal bases for processing personal data?

GOservicios uses the collected data for the following purposes and according to the indicated legal bases:

 

On the basis of contract execution or pre-contractual measures:

  2. To provide you with the services you have requested and attend to your information requests.

On the basis of our legitimate interest:

Who can be recipients or transferees of your personal data?

As GOservicios is part of the GLOBAL OMNIUM group, data may be transferred to group companies for administrative purposes, as well as in cases where you have given us your express consent.

GOservicios collaborates with third-party service providers who may access your data and will process it on behalf and under instructions of GOservicios. GOservicios will subscribe to the corresponding contract with them imposing obligations such as applying appropriate technical and organisational measures, processing the data only according to GOservicios’ instructions, and deleting or returning the data at the end of the service provision.

If there are providers outside the European Union or other countries not considered adequate, necessary precautions will be taken to ensure secure transfers, including, among others, the signing of the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or the application of legal exceptions.

a) What are my rights?

Data protection legislation allows you to exercise before the data controller, GOservicios, the rights of access, rectification, objection, deletion, and restriction of processing, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPD-GDD):

 

Right of access:

You have the right to know:

  • Whether we are processing personal data concerning you.
  • The origin of your data, if you did not provide it to us.
  • The purposes of the processing of your data.
  • The categories of data involved.
  • The recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated.
