What services does your water meter testing bench provide?

Our ENAC-accredited testing bench performs metrological testing of cold water meters from DN13 to DN40, including batch quality control, individual complaint assessments, ageing studies, and technical support for utility operators. As a specialised metrology centre, we guarantee maximum measurement accuracy in all tests carried out.

What does water meter ageing control consist of?

Ageing control involves analysing representative meters from the installed fleet in order to estimate their weighted average error and assess the possibility of extending their service life in accordance with ICT155/2020 regulations. This service enables technical decision-making based on real data obtained using high-precision measuring instruments in our metrology centre.

How are customer complaints regarding water meters handled?

When a complaint arises, we carry out an individual analysis on our accredited testing bench and issue a detailed technical report. Our metrology laboratory guarantees complete impartiality and maximum measurement accuracy, providing objective results to support informed decision-making.
