UV Business Culture Chair Meeting: Innovation and Sustainability in water management.

In an unprecedented encounter fostering synergy between academia and the business sector, at GOlab an enriching visit was held by the Chair of Business Culture of the prestigious University of Valencia. Led by the renowned professor Jaime Castillo Soria, the members of the chair were welcomed at Global Omnium, where they received a detailed presentation of the activities carried out in this innovative company.

 

The tour of all GOlab areas allowed the visitors to experience first-hand the technological advances and research projects that are transforming the water industry and sustainable resource management. From cutting-edge water treatment technologies to intelligent solutions for water management, the members of the chair were impressed by Global Omnium’s innovation and commitment to sustainable development.

 

Following the tour, an enriching colloquium was held where key topics for the advancement of science and innovation in the field of water were discussed. Professors and academics from the University of Valencia shared their ongoing research projects, while Global Omnium experts explained how these advances are applied in their daily business operations.

 

One of the highlights of the colloquium was the identification of the differences and similarities between the academic and business approaches in addressing scientific and technological challenges. In this regard, a path toward closer collaboration between the University of Valencia and Global Omnium was agreed upon.
